Thirteen Pandas Inc. ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and your choices, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Information we collect

• Website usage information (pages visited, device and approximate location) collected by Statcounter, a web analytics service, to help us improve the site.
• Contact details you give us (name, business name, phone, email) through forms, calls, emails or bookings.
• Business contact information that is publicly listed (for example on Google Maps or your website).
• Call recordings and transcripts when you speak with our team or AI assistant. We tell you at the start of each call when it is recorded.
• Basic website analytics and advertising cookies (for example Google, Meta and Microsoft tags).

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, book meetings and provide our services.
• To contact your business about services that may be relevant, where permitted by law.
• To improve call quality, our AI assistants and our website.

AI assistants and call recording

Some calls are placed or answered by an AI assistant. It identifies itself as an AI assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training and record-keeping. You can ask to speak with a person or ask us not to call again at any time.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.
• Ask us not to call you again — we add you to our internal do-not-call list right away.
• Request access to, correction of or deletion of your information by contacting us.

Sharing and storage

We use trusted service providers (such as our CRM, phone, email and AI voice providers) to operate our business. Some are located outside Canada, so your information may be processed in other countries. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Call recordings are generally kept for up to 12 months.
